Welcome to WTi Rent A Car LLC, operating through www.wticarrental.com (“Website”). By accessing or using our services, renting a vehicle, or booking through our Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

• Company/We/Us: WTi Rent A Car LLC
• Customer/You/Your: Any person or entity renting a vehicle or using our services
• Vehicle: Any car or fleet provided by WTi Rent A Car LLC
• Agreement: This Terms & Conditions document along with the Rental Agreement signed at vehicle delivery or pickup

• Customer must be 21 years or older (Certain vehicle categories require 25+ years).
• Must have a valid UAE Driving License or a valid International Driving Permit (IDP) for tourists.
• Valid Passport, Visa, or Emirates ID must be provided.
• Minimum driving experience of 1 year may be required depending on car category.

• Rental rates are calculated per day, week, or month, as specified at booking.
• Rates include standard mileage limits, basic insurance, and regular maintenance.
• 5% VAT will be applied on all rentals as per UAE taxation laws.

• A refundable security deposit will be collected at the start of the rental via credit card or pre-authorization.
• The deposit covers traffic fines, damages, toll charges (Salik), fuel difference, and late returns.
• Refund timeline: 21–30 working days after the vehicle is returned.

• All vehicles include basic insurance as per UAE law.
• Excess Damage or deductible will apply for any accident where the renter is at fault or if a police report is unavailable.
• Police Report is mandatory for any accident or damage claim.

• In case of an accident, report immediately to local authorities and obtain a Police Report.
• Inform WTi Rent A Car LLC at the earliest.
• Customer will be liable to pay insurance excess/deductible and any non-covered damages, downtime charges, or violation fines.

Customer is fully responsible for:

• Traffic fines
• Salik toll charges
• Parking fines
• Speed violations

• Vehicles are provided with a standard fuel level and must be returned with the same level.
• Any difference will be charged as fuel refill fees + service charge.

The vehicle must NOT be used for:

• Off-road driving
• Racing or towing
• Transporting prohibited or illegal items
• Transporting passengers for paid rides without written permission
• Driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• Any activity against UAE law

• Rental packages come with a standard mileage limit.
• Additional mileage will be charged as per the agreed rate.

• Late returns exceeding the grace period will incur extra hourly or full-day charges.
• Failure to extend rental within time may lead to legal action or vehicle tracking & retrieval.

• The Company will provide roadside assistance and replacement (subject to availability) if the vehicle suffers a mechanical breakdown.
• No replacement is provided if breakdown occurs due to misuse, negligence, or customer-caused damage.

• Booking payments are non-refundable if canceled less than 24 hours prior to delivery.
• Refund policies may vary for long-term rentals or corporate contracts.

Customer personal details, documents, and transactions are collected to comply with UAE law and service requirements and will not be shared with third parties except government authorities or insurance providers for claims processing.

• Loss of personal belongings inside the vehicle
• Indirect or consequential damages due to accidents or breakdowns
• Delays caused by uncontrollable events (traffic, weather, government regulations)

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be resolved under UAE jurisdiction.

WTi Rent A Car LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on the Website.
